Qualifications

• Experience in sales administration, customer service and logistics coordination.
• Proven ability to process orders accurately and manage documentation.

Responsibilities

• Sales Administration & Customer Support: prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, delivery orders and other relevant documents; monitor order status and communicate with customers.
• Operations & Logistics Coordination: schedule deliveries, liaise with warehouse and transport partners, ensure timely fulfilment.
• Inventory & Stock Monitoring: track stock levels, update records, and flag shortages.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Coordination: maintain relationships with suppliers and internal teams; resolve issues promptly.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain records, generate reports on pending orders and delivery status.
• General Administrative & Operational Support: assist in meetings and process improvements.
