Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable sales operations professional to coordinate end-to-end sales processes across APAC. You will interact with HODs, delivery teams, customers, procurement and finance to ensure smooth execution and timely revenue recognition.

Responsibilities include managing project progress in the system, forecasting monthly and annually, handling contract renewals, and generating analytical reports.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of experience in sales management or sales support.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.

Mansioni

• Coordinate with HODs, delivery teams, customers in APAC, procurement and finance to manage full sales processes.
• Manage project progress in systems, including timelines, contract signoff, orders, PO, billing and AR.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual business plans with high accuracy.
• Oversee contract renewals and annual maintenance projects.
• Develop analytics for credit reviews and generate sales/finance reports.
