Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a capable sales operations professional to coordinate end-to-end sales processes across APAC. You will interact with HODs, delivery teams, customers, procurement and finance to ensure smooth execution and timely revenue recognition.

Responsibilities include managing project progress in the system, forecasting monthly and annually, handling contract renewals, and generating analytical reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in sales management or sales support.
• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.

• Prepare monthly forecasts and annual business plans with high accuracy.
• Oversee contract renewals and annual maintenance projects.
• Develop analytics for credit reviews and generate sales/finance reports.

Job description

Duties:

• Coordinate and liaise with HODs, Delivery teams, Customers (Asia Pacific region), Procurement and Finance team to perform the full process related to Sales.
• Manage project progress in system such as project timeline, contract signoff, order management, PO process billing and AR management.
• Carry out monthly forecast planning and annual business planning with high accuracy.
• Contract management and timely execution of annual maintenance renewal projects.
• Develop and execute processes for routine analytical credit reviews and generate various reports related to Sales and Finance in the company.
• Manage health of credit in terms of payment term, escalations and risks closely and provide regular status updates to Group Leader.
• Facilitate the clarification and resolution of issues accurately and promptly.
• Help and guide related parties involved including branch and subsidiary.
• Estimate yearly and monthly business planning and manage business inventory.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience in sales management/sales support role.
