Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking a Sales Forecasting & Analysis professional to drive forecast accuracy across APAC, including month-end close, S&OP processes, and RLBE. The role demands coordination of inputs from multiple countries and data quality control.

You will consolidate data, review country submissions, and help implement the regional forecast system while preparing materials for business reviews with the Commercial Team. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ownership mindset.
• Ability to work independently and thrive under pressure in dynamic environments.
• Experience with Power BI and SAP is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect and consolidate sales forecast data across APAC countries and regions.
• Review country submissions for completeness and prepare analytical insights and materials.
• Support the implementation of the regional Sales Forecast system.
• Assist the Commercial Team in developing presentation slides for business reviews.
• Perform additional ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Reporting Manager and Country Head.
