The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. invites applications for a Sales Operations Executive (Import & Export) in Orchard, Singapore. You will manage end-to-end shipping documentation and coordinate global logistics for metals trading.

The role requires 2–3 years in international trade or freight forwarding, solid Excel skills, and knowledge of Incoterms 2020 plus international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA). Xero experience is a plus as you support sales and overseas clients.

• Trade Documentation: Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle L/C negotiation and bank submissions.
• System & Compliance: Data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, support annual audits.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.
• Business Support: Primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track receivables/payables.

Working Days: 5 days
Working Timing: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm
Working Location: Orchard
Starting Salary: $3,500 - $4300 + AWS (13th bonus)

Overview
We are seeking a professional to join our Metals Trading team. You will manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and provide critical support to sales teams and overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Trade Documentation: Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiation and bank submissions.

• System & Compliance: Perform data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, and support annual audit requirements.

• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.

• Business Support: Act as the primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track Accounts Receivable/Payable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: 2–3 years in international trade or freight forwarding (Metals/Commodities sector preferred).

• Knowledge: Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).

• Skills: Strong Excel skills for data tracking and proficiency in Xero is a plus.
