Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Operations Executive to support import and export activities from its Orchard office. You will manage end-to-end documentation, coordinate global logistics, and assist sales teams and overseas clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in international trade, strong Excel skills, and familiarity with Xero. The role offers a 5-day work week, 9am–6pm timing, and a monthly salary range of SG$3,500–SG$4,500 plus AWS.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel for data tracking.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).
• Strong numeric and documentation handling skills.

Responsibilities

• Trade Documentation: Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle L/C negotiations.
• System & Compliance: Data entry in Xero, maintain trade files, support annual audits.
• Logistics Coordination: Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans.
• Business Support: Act as the primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculations and AR/AP.

Starting Salary: $3,500 - $4500 + AWS (13th bonus)

Overview
We are seeking a professional to join our Metals Trading team. You will manage end-to-end import/export documentation, coordinate global logistics, and provide critical support to sales teams and overseas clients.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Trade Documentation:Manage full sets of shipping documents (PI, CI, PL, B/L, Insurance) and handle Letter of Credit (L/C) negotiation and bank submissions.
• System & Compliance:Perform data entry in Xero, maintain systematic trade files, and support annual audit requirements.
• Logistics Coordination:Liaise with forwarders, warehouses, and insurers to execute shipment plans and resolve transit discrepancies.
• Business Support:Act as the primary contact for global suppliers/clients, assist in cost calculation, and track Accounts Receivable/Payable.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Experience: 2-3 years in international trade or freight forwarding (Metals/Commodities sector preferred).
• Knowledge: Proficient in Incoterms 2020 and international payment methods (L/C, T/T, DP/DA).
• Skills: Strong Excel skills for data tracking and proficiency in Xero is a plus.
