Job summary

JK Technology is hiring a Sales Operations Assistant to support daily sales activities in Singapore. You will handle quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders and invoices, and respond to a high volume of inquiries by phone and email.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Marketing to ensure smooth processes, assist in tender reports, and participate in vendor product trainings to stay updated on the latest technology.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business required or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.
• Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Support and manage daily sales operations.
• Handle quotation, and knowledgeable in purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders & invoices.
• Respond to a high volume of inquiries through calls & emails to provide solutions to customer issues.
• Connect with existing key customer contacts if needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams like Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to facilitate smooth processes.
• Assist in preparation & submission of relevant reports and documents for tenders.
• Attend regular online/offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to keep up to date to latest technology.
