Qualifications

• Requires a Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in Sales Support or Sales Administration.
• Hands-on experience with tender submissions.
• Proficient with ERP systems, preferably NetSuite.
• Strong MS Office and collaboration skills.
• Detail-oriented with invoicing and pricing experience.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team in daily operations and handle customer requests.
• Monitor tender portals and manage tender submissions, including pricing and specs.
• Prepare, manage, and follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and sales invoices.
• Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to coordinate orders and projects.
• Maintain product pricing lists and process special pricing requests.
• Handle NetSuite ERP transactions, including inventory transfers and data entry.
• Respond to sales enquiries and provide post-sales administrative support.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules and service-related activities (setup, commissioning, inspections).
