Job summary

HOYA Medical Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Support Executive to streamline sales operations, manage contracts, validate payouts, and generate business insights. The role collaborates with Sales, Finance, Operations and IT to ensure accurate processes and GP performance.

The candidate will maintain sales data integrity, support system improvements, and provide timely reports while handling confidential information with discretion in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Management, Sales, Operations, or equivalent.
• Experience: At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in sales support, sales operations, business operations, commercial administration, reporting, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales operations and internal support to ensure smooth and efficient sales processes.
• Manage contract control, approval processes, and payout validation, ensuring compliance and maintain healthy Gross Profit (GP) performance.
• Support sales process and system improvement initiatives, including implementation, enhancement, and adoption of business systems.
• Maintain accurate sales data and records to ensure data integrity and effective sales operations.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, analysis, and business insights to support management decision-making and sales performance monitoring.
• Act as a key internal coordination point between Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders on sales-related matters.
• Identify and implement opportunities for process improvement, operational efficiency, and better sales controls.
• Provide essential operational and administrative support to the sales team to facilitate effective business execution.
