Job summary

JAC Recruitment Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a Business Support Executive to assist the Medical Division with sales support, order processing, and tender submissions.

You will coordinate with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, and Finance to ensure accurate quotations, timely delivery, and a smooth customer experience. Based in Henderson Road, the role offers a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and a competitive SGD salary with a variable bonus and profit sharing within a growing

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Order Management, or similar roles.
• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related discipline.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; comfortable with ERP systems.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and tender submissions.
• Coordinate customer orders and monitor delivery schedules.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and outstanding orders.
• Liaise with Sales, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, and customers for smooth order execution.
• Serve as key contact for customers on operational and administrative matters.
• Assist with government/institution tender submissions.
• Maintain records and sales databases.
• Generate sales/management reports using MS Office.
• Update transactions in ERP (SAGE); support inventory coordination.
