Job summary

HOYA Vision Care is seeking a proactive Sales Operations Support professional to streamline sales processes and safeguard gross profit. You will manage contracts, payouts, data integrity, and reporting while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Operations, and IT.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in sales support or operations, strong Excel and data skills, and experience with CRM/ERP systems. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in business-related field.
• At least 2 years in sales support or sales ops.
• Strong data management and analytical skills.
• Excellent MS Excel and reporting abilities.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems is a plus.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales operations and internal support to ensure smooth processes.
• Manage contract control, approvals, and payout validation to protect GP.
• Support system improvements and adoption of business systems.
• Maintain accurate sales data and records.
• Provide timely sales reports, analysis, and insights for management.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and others on sales matters.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and better controls.
• Provide operational and administrative support to the sales team.
