Job summary

HOYA Group is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to provide comprehensive sales support and ensure efficient processes across the organization. You will manage contract controls, payout validation, and maintain data integrity while delivering timely reports and insights.

You will collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT and other stakeholders, driving process improvements and ensuring GP performance. A strong sense of ownership and proficiency in Excel and CRM/ERP systems are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field (Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or similar).
• 2+ years’ experience in sales support, sales operations, or commercial administration preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive sales operations and internal support to ensure smooth sales processes.
• Manage contract control, approval processes, and payout validation, ensuring compliance and maintain healthy GP performance.
• Support sales process and system improvement initiatives, including implementation, enhancement, and adoption of business systems.
• Maintain accurate sales data and records to ensure data integrity and effective sales operations.
• Provide timely and accurate sales reports, analysis, and business insights to support management decision-making.
• Act as a key internal coordination point between Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and other stakeholders on sales-related matters.
