Job summary

You will analyze data, forecast sales, manage pipeline, and track performance while collaborating with sales, marketing, and other departments to meet targets. You will also handle customer inquiries and payment queries to optimise collections.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
• Demonstrated business and commercial acumen.
• Highly analytical with a passion for data and excellent presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support to the sales teams, ensuring smooth and efficient sales processes.
• Manage sales operations tasks such as data analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking.
