Job summary

SALT Talent is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Singapore for a 12-month contract with an IT services client. The role focuses on data accuracy, forecast submissions, and supporting regional stakeholders.

You will maintain CRM data quality, create APAC dashboards, and work with Excel, Dynamics or Salesforce and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations or related fields; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with CRM tools and BI reporting is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and forecast submissions.
• Able to manage multiple regional stakeholder requests and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data entry accuracy and timely forecast/pipeline submissions.
• Maintain APAC dashboards; perform data quality checks and flag issues.
• Coordinate with regional stakeholders across the region.
• Work independently with confidential sales data and meet forecast cutoffs.
• Communicate clearly in written and verbal form with stakeholders.
