SALT Talent is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst in Singapore for a 12-month contract with an IT services client. The role focuses on data accuracy, forecast submissions, and supporting regional stakeholders.

You will maintain CRM data quality, create APAC dashboards, and work with Excel, Dynamics or Salesforce and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau. Strong communication and organization are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales operations or related fields; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; familiarity with CRM tools and BI reporting is preferred.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and forecast submissions.
• Able to manage multiple regional stakeholder requests and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Ensure data entry accuracy and timely forecast/pipeline submissions.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly for data entry and forecast/pipeline submissions
• Well organized and reliable; able to manage multiple concurrent requests from different regional stakeholders
• Able to work independently, exercise discretion with confidential sales data, and prioritize under time-sensitive deadlines (e.g., forecast cutoffs)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable coordinating with stakeholders across the region.
• Perform data quality and hygiene checks on source CRM/pipeline data feeding into APAC dashboards; flag issues to the relevant dashboard owner

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support/administration, business or data analysis, or a related field; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Strong Excel skills required; familiarity with CRM tools (Microsoft Dynamics and/or Salesforce) and BI reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau) preferred
