Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator to support revenue and admin processes in Asia Pacific. Based in Pasir Panjang, you will work Mon-Fri 8.30am-5.30pm on a 12-month contract.

Responsibilities include coordinating sales operations with customers and internal teams, managing contracts, orders and billing, tracking timelines, and preparing forecasts and financial reports.

Qualifications

• Min. Diploma / Degree in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent.
• Has min. 2-3 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of sales support, business operations or finance; IT industry experience preferred.
• Experience with Salesforce and SAP.
• Strong Excel, numerical and analytical skills.
