Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Leader to drive revenue and regional expansion across Asia and the Middle East. The role focuses on designing strategies, developing POPs and promotional programs, and strengthening customer relationships while guiding the sales and operations teams to meet targets.

The ideal candidate has 5–6+ years in sales/marketing, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a proven track record of driving market growth and team

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• 5-6+ years of sales and marketing experience.
• Knowledge of sales, marketing, SCM and logistics operations.
• Ability to lead and develop a team.
• Customer oriented with motivation, innovative mindset and strong interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with customers to meet sales targets.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Work closely with customers to achieve sales target

• Provide and design sales, marketing strategies & activities for asia & middle-east markets

• Develop new/suitable marketing POPs, awareness posters and program

• Enhance sales & marketing activities to expand and strengthen sales in the markets

• Develops and/or maintains and improves business relations with all customers of the company.

• Conduct market research, analysis and formulation of suitable sales and marketing plan.

• Conduct Area/Product marketing activities to improve area & regional sales

• Conduct Sales training to staffs and customers

• Lead the sales & operation team to achieve sales target and ensure high allocation ratio to customers

• Participate in Service and 3S campaigns to understand market conditions

• Prepare and set sales budget, gp% and targets

• Keep up to date with market trends, data and utilise information for business improvement

• Provides leadership to the day-to-day operations and maintain focus on the company’s strategic goals.

• Responsible for driving revenue and refine sales processes to build an appropriate and efficient team

• Establishes performance goals for all sales staffs, and monitors performance on a continual basis
  

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelors degree in a business related field

• At least 5-6 years experience in sales and marketing
