Job summary

OKAY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a high-performing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by leading the sales team and implementing strategic plans. You will be responsible for maximizing team potential, coaching, and delivering credible forecasts to upper management.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and market analysis skills, with the ability to work within opening hours and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Willingness to work within opening hours (evenings, holidays, weekends).

Responsibilities

• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Identifying opportunities and strategies to increase sales.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the director.
