Job summary

FK Human Resources Private Limited in Singapore seeks an experienced sales and marketing professional to plan and manage marketing events, campaigns, and ROI-driven initiatives.

You will coach and train staff, develop key accounts, analyze retailer sales reports, and propose action plans to boost revenue while maintaining quality, safety, and customer service standards. Occasional overseas travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of proven sales track record.
• Proven experience in consultative, value-based selling and objection handling.
• Proven record of negotiating and securing new business.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel overseas when required.

• Based on retailer sales reports, provide analysis and action plans to boost sales.
• Consult customers’ marketing needs and provide value-based customer-focused solutions to meet their business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers.
• Improve retention and growth of existing business.

Requirements

• Analyze operating and financial statements for profitability ratios.
• Minimum 5 years of proven sales track record.
• Proven experience in consultative, value-based selling and objection handling.
• Ensure promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards.
• Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met.
• A proven record of negotiating and securing new business.
• Personal drive, ambition, and enthusiasm for sales with a proven ability to beat targets.
• Able to travel overseas, when required.
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines , withflexibility to work extended hours when required
