Job summary

Tisi-Canada-Inc in Singapore is looking for a Sales Manager to actively promote core values and maintain relationships with customers. This role requires developing and implementing sales plans and securing orders to meet budgeted sales.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in engineering and at least 5 years in sales management, preferably in the process and petrochemical industry.

Job description

• Actively promote the Core Values within all work-based activities.
• To develop, maintain and implement sales plans which integrate with TEAM’s plans, business objectives and sales strategies.
• To ensure that good relationships are maintained with customers and to promote the company within your defined region.
• To secure orders from customers, with support from colleagues in Sales and Operations, to achieve budgeted sales.
• To conduct negotiations in such a way as to ensure that the Company’s financial targets are met.
• To liaise with Operations so that there is effective interface on all aspects of business.
• To maintain a network of contacts within your defined region in order to:
• Protect the interests of TEAM
• Identify specific organisations as potential new customers
• Exploit potential with existing customers for more and expanded areas of business
• To use your market intelligence to develop and present commercially sound business proposals for management approval.
• To develop open and constructive working relationships with colleagues both within and outside of the Sales Team

Requirements

• Bachelor in an engineering discipline or equivalent is required
• With 5 years or above in sales management field, knowledge of process and petrochemical industry is preferable
• Proven experience in sales promotion and contract negotiation
