Job summary

ruxu tongsui group pte. ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional in Singapore to grow F&B business.

You will visit new and existing customers, promote opportunities, and collaborate with the Commercial and Finance teams to finalize quotations and ensure timely collections. The role requires a strong CRM background, excellent communication, and a proven ability to manage accounts and targets under pressure.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in F&B sales or related field.
• Strong CRM and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets set by the company.
• Visit both new and existing customers to promote and secure business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the Commercial Department to prepare and deliver quotations.
• Assist in quotation preparation when required.
• Coordinate with Finance to ensure timely payments from customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities closely.
• Submit weekly sales reports and monthly sales plans to the Managing Director.
• Maintain strong customer focus by addressing and resolving issues.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management.

• Any other duties assigned by the Management, your superior or any of his duly authorized officers as and when necessary.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the F&B industry.
• Strong customer relationship management and communication skills.
• Curious and analytical mindset with the ability to understand products and services thoroughly.
• Team player with excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Proven track record in sales account management and consistently achieving sales targets.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and capable of working under pressure.
