Job summary

SINWEB MANPOWER PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a results-driven Sales Manager to lead the sales team, set strategic objectives, and drive sustained growth by expanding the customer base and strengthening the company’s market presence.

You will recruit and coach representatives, monitor performance, present forecasts to management, and build long-lasting customer relationships while identifying emerging markets and staying ahead of competitors in a dynamic business landscape.

Qualifications

• Previous proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
• Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences.
• Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
• Strong business sense and industry expertise.
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays.
• Ability to work longer hours with prolonged period of standing.
