RRECRUITER INT PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior sales leader to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue and business growth in target markets.

You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to delivery, and cultivate relationships with key customers and partners. The role requires strong technical understanding and proven B2B sales success, with travel to meet clients regionally or internationally.

Formación

• Diploma or degree in Engineering or Business.
• 5+ years of B2B sales in manufacturing, automation, or related fields.
• Proven track record in growth and developing new markets.
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
• Willing to travel regionally/internationally to meet customers.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base and market presence.

• Prepare commercial proposals, quotations and sales presentations.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Application, Production, and Service teams to meet customer needs.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments for growth.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, budgets, and regular reports.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve targets.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s customer base and market presence.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, distributors, and business partners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products, equipment, and technical solutions.
• Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting and quotation through negotiation, order closure, and delivery.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
• Work closely with Engineering, Application, Production, and Service teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify growth opportunities.
• Manage sales forecasts, pipelines, budgets, and regular sales reports.
• Lead, coach, and support the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of sales experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, machinery, automation, or engineering solutions.
• Proven track record in B2B sales and business development.
• Strong technical understanding with excellent commercial and negotiation skills.
• Experience managing key accounts and developing new markets.
• Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Results-driven, proactive, and commercially minded.
• Willing to travel regionally/internationally to meet customers and support business development.
