Job summary

trust recruit pte. ltd. is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive revenue growth across Asia in automation, SMT, semiconductor, and electronics manufacturing.

You will own the full sales cycle—from lead generation to negotiation and closing—while collaborating with regional and global teams and traveling regularly to client sites. The ideal candidate has a diploma or bachelor's degree and 2–3 years of machinery or equipment sales experience, with a proven track record, strong CRM

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across the Asia market.
• Identify new business opportunities, acquire customers, and expand existing accounts within the automation, SMT, semiconductor, and electronics manufacturing industries.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including lead generation, customer engagement, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, sales representatives, agents, and distributors.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and market updates for management.
• Collaborate with regional and global sales, technical, and service teams to meet customer needs and improve customer satisfaction.
• Travel regularly within assigned Asian markets for customer visits and business development.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in machinery or equipment, preferably in automation, SMT, semiconductor, or electronics manufacturing.
• Proven ability to develop new business, manage customer accounts, and achieve sales targets.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle, including negotiation and deal closure.
• Strong customer relationship management, presentation, and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with CRM systems.
• Strong business development, analytical, and sales forecasting skills.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with international teams.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Asia.
