Job summary

A technology solutions company in Singapore is seeking an experienced Sales Executive to manage sales activities aimed at achieving monthly performance goals. The candidate should possess over 5 years of sales experience, ideally in IT solutions, and have a strong track record in new business development. Fluency in English and a customer-driven approach are mandatory. This role requires building relationships, preparing sales plans, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of work experience in sales; preferably in an IT systems integrator or managed services provider.
  • A solid track record in developing new business & new logo acquisitions.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Some experience in complex IT solutions/deals is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for sales activities and required to meet monthly performance goals.
  • Develop and implement sales plans to meet quotas and targets.
  • Manage and overcome objections professionally.
  • Track opportunities and sales in the salesforce.com CRM system.
  • Prepare quotations and maintain positive client relationships.

Responsible for sales activities and required to meet monthly performance goals. Activities span from lead generation to arranging meetings and following up on clients 'needs. Develop, obtain approval and implement sales plan which will meet both individual and business quotas and targets. Work with the sales, production and administration teams to achieve customer satisfaction, gross profit generation, and long‑term business goals in line with company vision and values.

  • Make initial contact with potential target customers
  • Deliver sales presentations
  • Identify and pursue opportunities in a proactive, ethical and profitable manner
  • Manage and overcome objections in a professional manner
  • Track all opportunities and sales activities in the salesforce.com CRM system in timely manner
  • Meet financial sales quotas and targets
  • Prepare quotations
  • Remain current with news of our client segment, our competitors and relevant technology
  • Maintain regular contact with the clients, solicit feedback and assist in managing issues that arise
  • Develop and maintain positive relationship with manufacturers
  • Perform satisfaction checks and solicit referrals
  • Providing feedback solicited to the management team for us to improve our service quality
