Position: Sales Manager (Fountain / Water Technology / Construction) – ALL WELCOME

Location: Novena (5 minute walk – Nearest Novena MRT)

Working hours: 5 days work week (Monday - Friday) – 9am - 6pm

Salary: Basic $5,000 + Transport Allowance up to $500 (Own Vehicle) + Performance Bonus – up to 2 months + 14 days Annual Leave

Duration: Permanent

Industry: Market leader in the fountain technology industry.

Responsibilities
  • Support the General Manager in executing sales strategies to achieve business targets.
  • Gather and analyse market and competitor data to drive sustainable growth.
  • Develop and optimise pricing structures.
  • Provide weekly reports on sales, business development and marketing activities.
  • Coordinate with channel partners on order shipments and resolve logistics issues.
  • Collaborate with marketing to plan and execute promotional and social media campaigns.
  • Manage distributor relationships and develop new client accounts.
  • Travel within assigned territories to assess market needs and identify opportunities.
  • Conduct regular visits to partners to ensure proper display of marketing materials.
  • Deliver training workshops to partner networks when required.
Requirements
  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales or related fields (other backgrounds welcome).
  • Passion for water features and attractions.
  • Experience in distributor management; construction industry connections are a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and strong analytical/reporting abilities.
  • Good understanding of products, market trends and sales KPIs.
  • Willing to travel regionally and work with cross-regional teams and partners.
