Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Engineer/Sales Manager (Chiller) to drive business development across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. You will present technical solutions and manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.

The role offers a remuneration up to SGD 7,000 plus transport allowance (if driving, otherwise reimbursement) + AWS + VB. Working hours are Mon - Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm, at Alexandra Rd.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.
• 3 years of HVAC/chiller systems sales experience.
• Strong commercial acumen with negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into customer-centric solutions.
• Proven ability to manage complex, solution-based sales cycles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, target, and secure new clients across commercial, industrial, and residential sectors.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to hit revenue targets and expand market share.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and customized proposals to clients.
• Provide technical consultation and support, addressing customer needs and recommending optimal chiller solutions.
• Work closely with engineering and technical teams to design and deliver tailored system solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification through to closing deals.
• Prepare, review, and negotiate sales contracts in compliance with company policies and client requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, consultants, contractors, and procurement teams.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales reports and forecasts for management review and strategic planning.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including development of sales materials and participation in trade shows and industry events.

Requirements
