We are looking for a results‑oriented Sales Manager - Advertising to lead and grow our sales team. The ideal candidate has strong leadership capabilities, a solid background in advertising/media sales, and a passion for driving revenue through innovative media solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach and motivate a team of advertising sales executives
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targetsProvide mentorship and guidance to junior sales team members, fostering a high‑performance culture
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships
• Monitor market trends, competitors and customer feedback
• Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports and pipeline updates
• Work closely with marketing and product teams on campaign execution

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in advertising or media sales
• Proven leadership and people management skills, with at least 2 years in a managerial or team‑lead role
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Strong client network and negotiation abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
