A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Channel Manager in Singapore to execute channel strategies, build long-term partnerships, and drive revenue growth in cybersecurity solutions. The ideal candidate should have over 2 years of experience in IT channel management or account management, strong communication skills, and a track record of successful partner management. This role offers a dynamic work environment and opportunities to enhance sales performance.
Execute and support the channel strategy in Singapore by sourcing and onboarding new partners while strengthening existing partnerships.
Drive sustainable and profitable revenue growth across the assigned partner portfolio.
Enable and support partners to expand sales performance and market reach.
Promote and increase market awareness of the company’s product and solution offerings.
Identify opportunities to deepen engagement within clients’ organizations, including related business units and subsidiaries.
Strong ability to build, manage, and maintain long-term partner relationships.
Prior experience in IT channel management or account management is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
Proven sales experience in cybersecurity solutions is an added advantage.
Experience working within a distributor or channel-based environment is preferred.
Demonstrated leadership skills with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Self‑driven, independent, and highly motivated.
