Job Responsibilities
  • Promote the school’s Vision, Mission, and Core Values (VMC) to prospective families throughout the admissions process.
  • Provide clear and timely information about our curriculum, programs, and school life.
  • Guide families through every step of the admissions journey, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet enrollment targets.
  • Conduct engaging campus tours and highlight key features and benefits of HWA International School.
  • Follow up on inquiries from prospective families to support their admissions decision.
  • Maintain accurate records of admissions activities using our CRM system.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to produce compelling enrollment campaigns and promotional content.
  • Represent the school at education fairs, open houses, and admissions events.
  • Consistently work toward achieving individual and team enrollment goals.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Marketing, Business, Education or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales or working in a target‑driven environment, preferably within the education sector.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
