Job summary

A freight forwarding company is seeking a Sales Executive (Indoor and Outdoor) to schedule appointments, develop new clients, and maintain existing customers. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a minimum qualification of 'O' Level. This permanent position offers a basic salary of $3,000 plus commission and bonuses, with working hours from Monday to Friday in Katong, Singapore.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule appointments through cold calling.
  • Develop new clients, maintain current customers, and recover lost accounts.
  • Meet with customers to present our services.
  • Utilize good negotiation skills.
  • Follow up with clients until bookings are made and provide excellent after-sales service.
  • Update customer details in the company database.
  • Handle sales inquiries and prepare quotations.
  • Deliver sales presentations at client locations.
