Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is hiring a Sales Executive (B2B Sales) in Bedok to drive new business, recommend landscape and indoor plant solutions, and deliver compelling proposals. You will manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and coordinate with operations to ensure project success.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma or Degree in Landscape Architecture or related field, at least 1 year of relevant experience, and a passion for sustainable greenery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related discipline.
• At least 1 year of experience in landscape, horticulture, plant-related, or B2B sales.
• Passion for plants and sustainable green environments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Dynamics 365 or similar CRM is advantageous.

• Recommend indoor plant and landscaping solutions based on client needs.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and solution presentations.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Job description

• Position : Sales Executive (B2B Sales)

• Location : Bedok (Bedok MRT and Bus nearby)

• Working hours : 5 days a week - 8:30 am - 5:30 pm (Monday - Friday)

• Salary (commensurate with experience) : Gross up to S$5,000 (Basic up to S$4,000 + Attractive Commission) + 14 Days Annual Leave

• Duration : Permanent
