Job summary

OneO2Plants Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Sales Executive to grow the B2B client base with tailored indoor plant and landscaping solutions for businesses in Singapore. You will identify opportunities, present proposals, and manage client conversations to close deals.

The role requires strong communication, a willingness to learn, and a passion for greenery. Salary ranges from SGD 3,300 to SGD 3,800 per month, with 14 days annual leave and standard working hours from Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of B2B sales or business development experience.
• Experience in landscape or horticulture is preferred.
• Able to translate client needs into practical plant/landscape solutions.

Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and secure new B2B business opportunities.
• Understand client requirements and recommend plant and landscaping solutions.
• Conduct client meetings, site discussions, presentations, and follow-ups.
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on client requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Negotiate and close opportunities to meet sales targets.
• Develop knowledge of plants and landscape solutions with the team.
• Collaborate with operations and design teams for project delivery.
