Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to oversee daily horticulture and landscape maintenance across multiple sites in Singapore, ensuring quality and timely execution of tasks.

The role requires hands-on plant care, coordination with workers, and regular site reporting. The ideal candidate will hold a Diploma in Horticulture or Landscape Architecture and have at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a keen eye for plant health and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 2 years of relavant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day horticulture and landscape maintenance operations at assigned sites.
• Carry out and supervise planting, pruning, watering, fertilising and general plant maintenance.
• Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests, diseases and poor growth.
• Coordinate with landscape workers and ensure maintenance works are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure landscapes are properly maintained.
• Manage and monitor the use of plants, tools, equipment and horticultural materials.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams on site-related matters.
• Assist in planning manpower, work schedules and daily operational activities.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare basic site reports and update management on work progress and any issues.
• Perform other horticulture and operational duties as assigned.

Education

Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Architecture or related field

Job description

• Salary: $2500 - $3000
• Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Saturday)
