Job summary

Well Established Landscape Company is seeking a qualified Landscape Technician to oversee day-to-day horticulture and landscape maintenance across multiple sites in Singapore. The role involves managing planting, pruning, watering, fertilising, and general plant care.

You will monitor plant health, coordinate with landscape workers, plan manpower and daily operations, and ensure safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Horticulture / Landscape Architecture or related field.
• 2 years of relevant working experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day horticulture and landscape maintenance operations.
• Carry out planting, pruning, watering, fertilising and general plant maintenance.
• Monitor plant health and identify issues such as pests, diseases and poor growth.
• Coordinate with landscape workers and ensure maintenance works are completed according to schedule and quality standards.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure landscapes are properly maintained.
• Manage and monitor the use of plants, tools, equipment and horticultural materials.
• Liaise with clients, contractors and internal teams on site-related matters.
• Assist in planning manpower, work schedules and daily operational activities.
• Ensure workplace safety and compliance with company procedures.
• Prepare basic site reports and update management on work progress and any issues.
• Perform other horticulture and operational duties as assigned.

• Salary: $2500 - $3000
• Working hours: 8am - 5pm (Monday - Saturday)
