Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven sales professional to develop and maintain relationships with existing customers while expanding business in B2B and B2C markets in Singapore. You will identify opportunities, support sales initiatives, and collaborate with facility managers, owners, contractors, and procurement teams.

In this role, you will conduct site visits and presentations, prepare quotations and proposals, manage a healthy pipeline, and assist with tender

Qualifications

• Professional qualification in engineering or related technical field.
• Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience.
• Experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, Facilities Management, Building Services or Construction is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers and explore new business in B2B and B2C markets.
• Conduct site visits, presentations, and review client requirements with technical teams.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract submissions.
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline and assist in tender submissions.
• Upsell and cross-sell maintenance and project services; monitor payments and follow up on outstanding matters.

About the role

Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers while expanding business opportunities in both B2B and B2C markets. Identify and develop new business opportunities and support sales development initiatives. Build strong relationships with facility managers, building owners, contractors, and procurement teams.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer visits, site surveys, and business presentations
• Review clients' requirements and work closely with technical teams to develop competitive solutions
• Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintenance contract submissions
• Generate and manage a healthy sales pipeline
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling maintenance and project services
• Participate in tender preparation and submission activities
• Maintain regular communication with customers throughout the sales cycle
• Assist in monitoring customer payments and following up on outstanding matters
• Perform other sales-related and ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirement

• Professional Certificate / NITEC, Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, or other relevant technical qualification
• Minimum 4 years of sales or business development experience
• Experience in HVAC, ACMV, M&E, Facilities Management, Building Services, or Construction industry preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Class 3 Driving License required
