Are you a hungry, customer-first salesperson who loves turning enquiries into loyal customers? Honest Crafters — Singapore’s specialist in premium leather restoration — is growing. We're looking for a Sales Executive who can close B2C sales, lift our brand presence, and explore corporate partnerships that scale our business.
What you’ll do
- Own end-to-end sales for both online and walk-in customers: qualify leads, present solutions, close deals and follow up for repeat business.
- Deliver highly personalised service — diagnose customers’ leather issues and recommend the right restoration solutions.
- Drive revenue to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets; track your pipeline and forecast accurately.
- Work with Marketing on promotional campaigns, social selling, and content that converts.
- Proactively hunt for corporate/contract opportunities (hotels, car workshops, luxury boutiques) and manage proposals and negotiations.
- Maintain CRM records, sales reports and customer handovers to Operations for excellent after-sales experience.
- Keep up to date on industry trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to sharpen our sales approach.
What we’re looking for
- Proven sales experience (2+ years preferred) in retail, services or B2C channels — comfortable selling both online and in-person.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding targets; disciplined with pipeline management and reporting.
- Excellent communicator — confident in customer-facing settings and able to present professionally to corporate clients.
- Solution-oriented: listens carefully, recommends the right service, and closes with integrity.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced small-business environment and works well with cross-functional teams.
- Basic digital skills: CRM, WhatsApp/business messaging, social media selling and Google Workspace.
- Diploma/degree in Business, Marketing or related field is a plus but not required.
