Job summary

Lian Seng Hardware Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business growth. This hunter role focuses on identifying and converting new leads into long-term partnerships with key sectors such as Oil & Gas, engineering services, shipbuilding, construction and machining.

You will work closely with operations and engineering teams to tailor hardware products and fabrication capabilities to client needs, while developing a strong pipeline and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, with machinery/fabrication sector preferred.
• Proven hunter mindset with cold calling and lead generation.
• Ability to understand and position technical products and fabrication services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid class 3 driving license for client visits.

Responsibilities

The Opportunity

As a Sales Executive at Lian Seng Hardware Pte Ltd, you will be at the forefront of our business expansion. This is a high-energy, "hunter" role designed for a proactive individual who excels at identifying new leads and turning them into long-term partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Proactive Prospecting: Conduct cold calls, networking, and site visits to identify and qualify new business leads.

• Market Expansion: Develop and expand market share specifically within Oil & Gas, Engineering Services, ship building, construction and machining sectors.

• Strategic Promotion: Execute sales strategies to sell hardware products, machining capabilities, and custom fabrication solutions.

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and engineering teams to ensure the seamless delivery of customized solutions.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of Sales experience, with added advantage in machinery, fabrication, or precision engineering services.

• The Hunter Mindset: A proven track record of opening new doors. You must be comfortable with cold calling and persistent lead generation.

• Technical Savvy: Demonstrated ability to understand and position technical products and fabrication services effectively.

• Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are essential for closing deals.

• Mobility: Possession of a valid driving license (class 3) to facilitate client visits.

• Guidance and training will be provided
