Job summary

Lian Seng Hardware Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive new business growth. This hunter role focuses on identifying and converting new leads into long-term partnerships with key sectors such as Oil & Gas, engineering services, shipbuilding, construction and machining.

You will work closely with operations and engineering teams to tailor hardware products and fabrication capabilities to client needs, while developing a strong pipeline and delivering results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, with machinery/fabrication sector preferred.
• Proven hunter mindset with cold calling and lead generation.
• Ability to understand and position technical products and fabrication services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Valid class 3 driving license for client visits.

Responsibilities

• Proactively prospect leads via cold calls, networking, and site visits.
• Expand market share in Oil & Gas, engineering services, shipbuilding, construction, and machining sectors.
• Promote hardware products, machining capabilities, and fabrication solutions.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to deliver customized solutions.
