Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a sales-focused engineer to develop and expand new customer accounts for the process analytics division. You will follow up leads to create sales opportunities for products and POS services and respond to technical inquiries from customers.

You will also conduct onsite or online meetings to understand requirements, use SAP CRM for quotations, and deliver technical presentations to prospects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related field required.
• No experience required; training will be provided.
• Willingness to learn and contribute to sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new customer accounts for the process analytics division.
• Follow up leads to convert into sales opportunities for products and POS services.
• Respond to customers' technical inquiries promptly.
• Conduct onsite visits or online meetings to understand customer requirements.

• Support marketing to roll out campaigns with the marketing team.

Job Scope

• Develop and increase new customer accounts for process analytics division.
• Follow up of leads for conversion into sales opportunities for products and point of sales services.
• Respond efficiently to customers' technical enquiries.
• Conduct onsite visit/online meeting with customers to understand their requirement.
• Use of CRM (SAP) for commercial quotation generation.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospects.
• Fulfillment of sales and visits targets.
• Roll out marketing campaigns with support of marketing team.
