Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD seeks a proactive Sales Engineer to grow the laboratory weighing and electrochemistry business in Singapore. You will manage the full sales cycle from pre-sales discussions to post-sales support, and respond to technical inquiries and quotations.

Deliver technical presentations, continuously enhance product knowledge, and meet sales KPIs. Prior exposure to SAP CRM is a plus. Fresh graduates with a technical mindset are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Min / Degree in any engineering courses.
• 1–2 years of sales engineer experience is an advantage.
• Candidates without sales experience are welcome to apply.

• Develop and expand the laboratory weighing and electrochemistry business in Singapore for specific segments.
• Manage entire sales cycle from pre-sales discussion with customers to post-sales support.
• Support and respond efficiently to customer requests for technical inquiries and quotations.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations explaining products or services to customers and prospective customers.
• Continuous learning in product, technical knowledge and selling skills to provide premium service to customers.
• Fulfillment of sales related KPIs including sales targets and visits targets.
• Use of CRM (SAP) for commercial quotation generation.
• Initiative activities and undertakings to advance the business.
