We are currently seeking a Sales Engineer who will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and providing technical consultation for our integrated security, communication, IT and OT solutions. This role supports our commitment to delivering reliable and innovative turnkey systems to our clients.
Job Description:
Sales & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, client prospecting, and industry engagement.
- Maintain strong client relationships through regular outreach, networking, and follow-ups.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure new business.
- Respond promptly to enquiries and manage end-to-end sales conversion.
- Support marketing activities and contribute to business planning.
- Resolve sales-related or job-order issues to ensure smooth project handover.
Customer Engagement & Technical Support
- Understand customer business and technical requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
- Provide technical consultation, product briefings, and solution demonstrations.
- Ensure proposed systems comply with project specifications and industry standards.
- Coordinate with the Service/Technical team on delivery, site support, and after-sales service.
Internal Collaboration & Reporting
- Work with internal teams to develop and refine solution proposals.
- Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports on performance, pipeline, and key opportunities.
- Maintain accurate CRM entries and sales documentation.
- Uphold professionalism and high standards of customer service at all times.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering, IT, Networking, Electronics or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of sales or technical experience in ELV systems or related solutions.
- Highly motivated, dynamic, and independent.
- A problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach.
- Strong interpersonal skills that able to navigate technical conversations with clients confidently.
- Results-driven, demonstrates a hunger for success and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to travel within Southeast Asia.
