Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking an individual to prepare sales proposals and support customers in the sales cycle. Responsibilities include handling tenders, coordinating project progress, and collaborating with various teams. The ideal candidate should have a minimum diploma in relevant fields and 2 years of experience in the local construction industry. Knowledge of lighting systems is a plus. This full-time position offers a competitive salary and extensive project engagement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' engineering experience in the local construction industry.
• Knowledge of lighting systems is an advantage (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and technical presentation materials.
• Attend site walks and match customer needs to suitable lighting solutions.
• Follow up on enquiries via calls/email and support customers throughout the sales cycle.
• Handle tender preparation, negotiate contract terms, and secure orders.
• Coordinate project progress, delivery schedules, and after-sales service.
• Work with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion.
