Job summary

SimplifyNext is seeking a driven Sales Director to lead the Singapore market. You will hunt and close new accounts, build deep C-level relationships, and drive new business growth through value-based solutions.

You will define the go-to-market plan, coordinate with pre-sales and delivery teams, and guide strategic negotiations to maximize revenue while expanding SimplifyNext’s footprint in Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12–15 years of sales experience, preferably in technology or consulting services.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts in Singapore.
• Strong network and relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders in the Singapore market.
• Ability to drive complex sales cycles and position value-based solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by identifying, engaging, and securing new accounts, driving revenue growth.
• Lead consultative selling by understanding client challenges and aligning our services to their needs.
• Create comprehensive client business plans to build a growing pipeline of opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and technology partners to position solutions and close deals.
• Lead negotiations for contracts focusing on win-win outcomes for clients and SimplifyNext.
• Define the GTM plan for the Singapore market.
• Track and manage the sales process and account management activities with pre-sales and project managers.
• Stay ahead of industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.
