Job summary

SimplifyNext, a Singapore-headquartered digital engineering firm, is seeking a Sales Director to expand our footprint in the Singapore market. You will identify, engage, and close new opportunities with named accounts while deepening relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.

You will lead consultative selling, align our technology services to client challenges, and collaborate with pre-sales and project managers to move opportunities through to closure.

Qualifications

• 5-8+ years of sales experience in technology or consulting services.
• Proven track record of hunting and closing new accounts in Singapore.
• Strong network and relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders within the Singapore Market.
• Ability to drive complex sales cycles and position value-based solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

• Win new business by identifying, engaging, and securing new accounts, driving revenue growth.
• Lead consultative selling through understanding client challenges and aligning our technology services to their needs.
• Create comprehensive client business plans to build a stable, growing pipeline of current and future business opportunities.
• Collaboratively work with internal teams as well as our technology partners to successfully position the solutions and/or services and see the opportunity through to closure.
• Lead business negotiations for contracts focusing on win-win outcomes for both the clients and SimplifyNext.
• Take an active role in defining the GTM plan for the Singapore Market.
• Track and manage the entire sales process and account management activities with the support of pre-sales architect and project managers.
• Stay ahead of trends by keeping up with industry innovations to maintain a competitive edge.
