As Sales Director in Global account at Perfumery & Beauty, you lead global commercial strategy and client partnerships, driving growth across key designand-test markets in the regions while ensuring our fragrance and beauty innovations translate into business success. You will manage P&L of your
regions, shape go-to-market strategies, and build long-term client relationships, connecting consumer insights with breakthrough olfactive technologies
to sustainable, high-value solutions.
Your key responsibilities
- Market Leadership: Lead P&G Beauty Care business across Southeast Asia (SEA) and India, Middle East & Africa (IMA) regions, shaping growth strategies and driving category expansion.
- Financial Management: Oversee pricing, cost management, test planning, and project budgeting; ensure profitability through gross margin and projectlevel margin optimization.
- Strategic Growth: Support the design and execution of long-term strategic plans, aligning marketing insights, consumer insights, and product strategies with P&G Beauty’s global and regional objectives.
- Revenue & Profit Delivery: Accountable for achieving financial targets through effective fragrance development, optimized product mix, and efficiency improvements across sales channels.
- Market Insights: Conduct regular market and competitive analysis; leverage data-driven insights to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, developing targeted programs that resonate with brands and consumers.
- Innovation & Portfolio Management: Collaborate cross-functionally to drive new product development and enhance existing portfolios while safeguarding brand equity across all touchpoints.
- Client & Partner Engagement: Build and maintain senior-level relationships with client stakeholders (perfumery teams, R&D platforms, procurement), negotiating and executing commercial agreements to support growth.

You bring
- Proven min. 5 years of commercial experience in beauty, fragrance, or consumer goods, with a strong track record of driving sales growth.
- Financial acumen—comfortable managing P&L, pricing, and margins to deliver sustainable profitability.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate consumer and market insights into winning business opportunities.
- Collaboration & influence skills to partner effectively across functions and build trusted client relationships.
- Agility & adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment and navigate shifting priorities.
- Strong communication skills, ideally with fluency in English (additional regional languages a plus).
