Job summary

Allied Search Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator (West) to manage data entry, order processing, and coordination with production and customers. You will generate job orders, track progress, and ensure timely delivery for West region clients.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years of relevant experience, with IT/ diploma qualifications and proficiency in ERP systems and Excel. The role includes filing integrity and handling ad hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• ITE or Diploma is required.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• To perform data entry accurately on the system.
• To process confirmed orders and ensure all data entry are done correctly.
• To generate job orders for issue to production timely.
• Liaise with the relevant operations department on job order progress till readiness for delivery.
• Liaise with customers on delivery arrangement.
• To maintain proper filing system and ensuring data are up-to-date.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
