Job summary

EMPEROR XUN PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a detail‑oriented Customer Operations Assistant to support orders, communications and data reporting.

You will answer phones and emails, ensure correct part numbers and prices, coordinate deliveries, and prepare MS Word/Excel reports. Mandarin proficiency is required to liaise with stakeholders.

Immediate or short notice availability is preferred; join a fast‑paced team and help optimize customer service and sales operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum education qualification of ‘N’, ‘O’ level, ITE or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to understand Mandarin to facilitate communication with relevant stakeholders
• Able to commence work immediately or within short notice

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and respond to emails accordingly.
• Process and follow up requests proactively from customers/distributors, sales and HQ. Obtain and review, forecast updates with distributors and customers to monitor PSI.
• Ensure all orders processing are input with correct p/n and prices, as required.
• Monitor and coordinate to ensure prompt delivery with schedules and requirement.
• Following up with shipment to Issue invoices and shipping documents timely
• Prepare a variety of data and reports using Microsoft Words and Excel for analysis.
• Communicate with customer/distributors and follow up enquiry for Sales team review.
• Assist Sales team with analysis and data from POS reports.
• Maintenance of regional or consolidated files and update promptly in order.
• Handle and manage price list with confidentiality.
• Assist Sales team related to supply and demand matters.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned.
