Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Admin/Sales Coordinator to support the Sales Department in a heavy industrial manufacturing/construction context. The role is based at Joo Koon Cres with company transport provided.

You will handle service reports, client enquiries, quotations, and order status, while maintaining accurate records and processing invoices. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office with Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Sales Department.
• Prepare and process service reports and related documentation.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, quotations and orders.
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments on delivery schedules and order status.
• Scan, file and maintain physical and digital copies of sales documents.
• Maintain and update customer records and sales reports.
• Assist in preparing invoices and processing sales paperwork.
• Handle incoming calls, emails and general inquiries.
• Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents.
• Perform other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
