Job summary

Search Personnel Pte Ltd is seeking a Sales Coordinator (Quotation / Order Processing) in Singapore, handling quotations and order processing while supporting customer inquiries.

You will coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment, maintain accurate sales records, and provide responsive service. The role requires 1–2 years in sales support or admin and MS Office proficiency. Permanent, on-site position with salary SGD 1,800–2,000 plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE O-Level, ITE or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of sales support, customer service or admin experience preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to maintain accurate quotations, orders and sales documentation.

Position: Sales Coordinator (Quotation / Order Processing)

Location: Joo Koon, Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.30pm

Salary (commensurate on experience) : $1,800-$2,000 basic + Bonus
